Return & Refund Policy - Zivora Garments

At Zivora Garments, we take great pride in crafting high-quality, authentic Rajasthan hand-block printed apparel. Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized orders, clearance/sale items, and bulk/wholesale orders are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • 2. Return Process

    1. Initiate a Request: Contact us via Email or WhatsApp with your Order ID and photos/videos of the product (especially if damaged or defective).

    2. Pickup / Self-Ship: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your pincode) or guide you to ship the product back to us.

    3. Quality Check: After receiving the returned item at our Jaipur warehouse, our quality team will verify its condition.

    3. Refunds

    • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Bank Account / UPI / Card) within 5–7 business days after quality approval.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be provided as Store Credit / Voucher or transferred via UPI / NEFT to your verified bank account.

    • Shipping Charges: Original shipping costs and COD charges are non-refundable.

    • 4. Exchanges

      • If you facing size issues (e.g., swapping between XS and 3XL), we offer a one-time free exchange for size, subject to stock availability.

      5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

      If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. We will send a fresh replacement or issue a full refund at no extra charge.
